Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 48 (white balls or main numbers) and 1 Lucky Ball number from 1 to 18. -
Winning the Jackpot
To win the top prize of $1,000 a day for life, you must match all 5 main numbers and the Lucky Ball number. The secondary prize of $25,000 a year for life is awarded for matching all 5 main numbers, but without the Lucky Ball.

The top two prizes in Lucky for Life are unique lifetime payments:

- Second Prize: $25,000 a year for life
